In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the buyer may:

1. Exchange goods of good quality.

2. Return the goods of good quality.

3. Return or exchange goods of inadequate quality.

What goods are subject to exchange:

1. The goods, if there is a payment document issued together with the goods sold, or reproduced on the display of the software registrar of payment transactions;

2. Goods that have not been used and if their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved;

3. Goods that have not been purchased within 14 days.

The procedure for returning and exchanging goods of good quality:

1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid goods;

2. Provide the parcel declaration number and bank card number for the refund;

3. After receiving the goods within three business days, we will refund your money or another product

The procedure for returning goods of inadequate quality:

1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid goods;

2. Inform us of the declaration number of the parcel sent and the bank card number for the refund;

3. After receiving the goods within three business days, we will refund your money or another product

All carrier services or commissions, transfer of funds are at our expense.

Exchange and return of goods is carried out through Nova Poshta.

Refunds are made upon receipt of the goods.

Refunds are made to a card or by money transfer to a Nova Poshta branch.

Refunds are made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch by the seller.
